Carver Old Home Day has been a tradition since 1901 providing a day for the community to come together and celebrate the history of our town. The mission of the Carver Old Home Day Association is to continue to provide a relaxing day for families to come out and meet their neighbors and enjoy their families. The Carver Old Home Day Association, Inc. is a non-profit that looks to the town for sponsorship to be able to continue to provide a day full of activities and fun at minimal cost to allow fun for the whole family. We are also proud to share that beginning in 2013 we were able to award our first scholarship to a Carver High School graduate. Thank you to our community and local businesses!
A photo from 1900, first Carver community get together which as we understand it became Carver Old Home Day in 1901.
This photo was provided by Tina Fairing. There is a note that states Dexter Huit Nauman born 1899, likely the little one in the front row.
